Getting to campus
The campus address is 1600 Holloway Avenue, San Francisco 94132. The cross street is 19th Avenue.

Unloading equipment
An area will be set up for unloading equipment on Holloway Avenue. We will have staff on hand - look for the teal and silver balloons to help you keep an eye on your equipment while you park.

Parking
Parking on campus is difficult. We have pre-purchased parking permits for our corporate sponsors. Parking permits will be valid in lots 19, 20 and 25, although we recommend parking on top of the parking structure (lot 19) as it is closest to the event. We will have staff on top of the parking structure - look for the teal and silver balloons - to give you your parking permit and to direct you to the event. Please do not forget to post your parking permit in your car or you may get a ticket!

Registration/Setup
The Registration table will be near the big white tent on the lawn in front of the Cesar Chavez Student Center from 8 am to 3 pm. Please visit this table to check-in, pickup your name tags and breakfast, before you proceed to your designated table(s). Your table(s) will be ready at 8 am. You may setup your table from 8 am to 10 am. The event ends at 3 pm. The tables, power and network connections will be removed at 3 pm.

Refreshments
We will provide vendors and on campus participants with a Continental Breakfast. There are also food vendors inside the Student Center as well as at the nearby Stonestown Galleria (mall).

Weather
San Francisco State weather is very unpredictable. If it rains, IT Day will be cancelled. We recommend you bring both sunscreen and warm clothing just in case.

Bathrooms
Bathrooms are available in all of our campus buildings. The closest bathroom to the event is located in the bottom floor of the Library.
