Submit an Event
The Web Calendar lists San Francisco State University events of interest to the campus community and the public. All San Francisco State University departments, units, and recognized student groups are welcome to submit calendar listings for their events. See Calendar Policies for more information.
Event entries should be submitted at least five business days prior to the event, or earlier if possible.
Please enter your event information below and then press "Submit Event" at the bottom of the form. We will review your submission and post it to the calendar if it is appropriate. If you need to change or cancel an event, e-mail the Calendar Editor.
An asterisk (*) denotes a required field.
