SFSU WebEvent Calendar Feedback Form

We would like to know what your experience was like using the SFSU Web Calendar. Please take a few minutes to respond to the questions below:

1. Upon first seeing the Calendar, how easy/difficult was it [1=easy; 5=difficult]:

2. We would like to know what you think of each Calendar category name. The Calendar categories appear in the "Select a Calendar" drop-down menu on the top right-hand side of the Web page. Please review the category names below, and indicate if you think they are properly named, or if you think there would be a better name for that category:
