Our Veterans Club at SF State
Our Veterans Club is the student organization for veterans and their families and friends at SF State. The club is not quite six months old, but it boasts a strong and growing membership. The members of the club have come together on campus to meet and talk to other veterans, educate the campus community about veterans, and to have a good time. The main goals of the club are to promote student life and create a non-partisan environment at SF State. We invite you to become part of the club. Vets register first at SF State!
As of the Summer 2008 term, students who are veterans or members of the U.S. armed forces may register for classes on the first day of priority registration. Veterans and members of the military who are eligible for special priority registration have served on active duty in the armed forces. Students must provide documentation that verifies service on active duty. Documents, such as DD-214 and DD-295, and military transcripts are acceptable. Veterans may submit documents by mailing them to the Office of Admissions.
