In order to facilitate the SFSU Carpooling program
for faculty, staff and students, the Transportation Department
has created the SFSU Ride Match Program to match people with
others in their area who also wish to carpool to school.
If the Transportation Department cannot match
someone with others, they will work with other Bay Area agencies
that can.
By filling out an application (obtained at the
Transportation Office on North State Drive),
the applicant will receive a list of people in the area who
would like to carpool to campus.
It is the applicant's responsibility to contact
the people on the list and to work out the carpooling arrangement
with them.
