Professor of Humanities Lu Rehling gave a talk about globalizing documents called "Localization 101" at the 72nd Annual Conference of the Association for Business Communication in Washington, DC.

Creative Arts
Jeff Jacoby, assistant professor of audio and radio in the department of broadcast and electronic communication arts was featured in the latest DVD release of Aspect magazine, a biennial chronicle of new media art. Jacoby's sound art and design accompanied the video art piece "I Know the Way," by Tom Toomey in the Fall 2007 issue.

Education
Professor of Special Education Stan Goldberg's three-act play, Choices, received the First Place Prize in the 2007 Festival of New Work at the Oxford International Institute for Documentary and Drama in Conflict Transformation (OxDocs) and will receive a 10-minute reading at the FirstStage 2008 Playwrights Express in Los Angeles.
