SF State Hospitality Suites at University Park
The Office of Conference Services is pleased to offer a limited number of University Park North hospitality suites for rent on a daily or weekly basis to current San Francisco State University faculty, staff, students and their guests.
PRICES AND DESCRIPTION:
Each Hospitality Suite is $90 a night or the special rate of $550 for seven nights. The suites are junior one-bedroom units (653 square feet) which comfortably accommodate up to 2 people with a queen-size bed. The suites include a fully equipped kitchen, internet access, cable TV and a fold-out couch for extra guests. Laundry is available in the building’s coin-operated laundry room.
PARKING:
Several parking stalls are reserved for guests of the Hospitality Suites on Buckingham Way. These spaces are not guaranteed and may be occupied by UPN residents at times. Street parking is also available on Buckingham Way using the Hospitality Suite parking sticker provided during check-in.
LOCATION:
Situated at University Park , the Hospitality Suites are a 15- minute walk from the main campus. The Hospitality Suites are located close to Stonestown Galleria Shopping Center and the United Artists Twin Cinema. Public transportation, including both SamTrans and MUNI, is within walking distance and the San Francisco State University’s free courtesy shuttle links the Daly City BART station to the main campus during the academic year when classes are in session.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES:
Reservations must be made 48 hours prior to the requested arrival date. Reservation requests made without 48 hours notice cannot be guaranteed.
Reservations are accepted online by using the Reservation Request Form. Once submitted, a reservation will be confirmed within 48 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A 24-HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE IS REQUIRED. If a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
University Park North structures including areas around the hospitality suites are currently undergoing a seismic upgrade. Construction noise and activity are to be expected between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. We apologize for the inconvenience.
