STUDY & TEST-TAKING SKILLS

You can develop academic skills by working regularly with a tutor on your coursework. With tutoring at the LAC, you can learn about different study skills and practice them with a tutor: time management, setting up study schedules, organizational strategies, lecture note-taking, test-taking and test-preparation skills.

If you are an undergraduate student and need to complete the Library Requirement (OASIS), you can find more information here.

There are also many opportunities to brush up on your skills and learn new skills by attending short workshops, consulting study skills materials, or taking courses.

In addition, there are specific test-preparation workshops for EPT, ELM and JEPET.

Check the links provided to the seven programs described below for workshop schedules and descriptions.
