About Bob Ohrenschall

I was born and raised in the Queen City of the Chesapeake Bay—Baltimore, MD. Prep School at Boys’ Latin School in Baltimore and then graduated from Yale with a BA in History. After that in order— McCann Erickson Advertising in New York City; US Navy Lieutenant as Communications Officer aboard an Aircraft Carrier in the Korean War; Founder and Chairman Soyster & Ohrenschall, Inc., design and marketing consultants in San Francisco; Chairman Emeritus Addison Design, London, UK based successor firm to Soyster & Ohrenschall.

Community Service: Boards of Directors—Eisenhower Institute, Washington, DC, Institute of International Education, New York City, SFSU College of Business, SFSU Romberg Tiburon Center, for Environmental Studies, WIRED (World Internet Resources for Education and Development), 1990 Institute, San Francisco, Tiburon Belvedre Rotary Club
