The purpose of the Career Events Calendar is to provide a centralized resource of information on career-related events and programs for students. The events listed below are presented by academic and University departments to assist SF State students in their career planning.

Guidelines for Guests Attending Events

The Career Center is committed to creating a safe, professional, business-like environment during all career events. The staff wants to proactively assist organizations, sponsors and guests attending career events to ensure a positive beneficial experience.

By attending, you understand that you are a guest of the organizations sponsoring the career event and agree that you will follow the Code of Conduct. You also understand that the Career Center reserves the right to ask guests to leave.

Employers will conduct on-campus interviews from October 22nd - November 21st in the Career Center. Be sure to attend one of the optional OCI orientation workshops on September 9th or 16th to learn strategies for using GatorJOBS.

4 Part-time Job Fair (( Canceled ))
On-campus and off-campus employers offer part-time positions (work study and non-work study) during this outdoor event held during the first week of classes in late August. Resumes are recommended, but not necessary.

This is a great opportunity for SF State students to meet with employers during this major recruiting event to learn about part-time/seasonal jobs, internships/co-op programs, and full-time employment opportunities. Don’t forget to bring your SF State student ID. All guests are expected to follow the Code of Conduct. Students are also encouraged to attend the Make A Job Fair Work For You workshop. Guests are expected to follow the Code of Conduct and encouraged to bring extra resumes, and dress professionally.
