Presenting “GatorJOBS” -
the New SF State Online Employment System
The SF State Career Center is excited to announce the launch of our NEW
online employment system called “GatorJOBS”! The system we
used (powered by MonsterTRAK) has been transitioned to
GatorJOBS (powered by CSO Research, Inc.’s Interfase system).
MonsterTRAK and CSO Research, Inc. formed an alliance that will simplify
the tools our students, employers, and other users are
accustomed to using within MonsterTRAK. In addition, new
features will be introduced.
What does this mean for you?
For students, GatorJOBS will help you find a great job by enabling
you to:
- Manage multiple resumes, cover letters, and other employment
related documents
- Search for and apply to job and internship
opportunities online
- Schedule On-Campus Interviews (OCI)
- View and signup for career events
- Maintain an online Personal Calendar
for career events and activities
- Much, much more!
For employers, GatorJOBS will provide you the ability to:
- Visit
one centralized online location to post and manage an
unlimited number of job postings and internship opportunities
to SF State students and alumni
- Set parameters for your job openings
- Receive e-mail reminders when
a student applies for jobs and when a posting is about
to expire
- Manage student applicants for On-Campus Interviewing
(OCI)
- Register online for career events like career fairs
- Much, much more!
How to access GatorJOBS?
Similar to accessing MonsterTRAK, students and employers (including SF
State employers posting on-campus student positions) will be able to access
GatorJOBS directly from the SF State Career Center Web site -- www.sfsu.edu/~career.
If you have an account with our old employment system, MonsterTRAK, all
your information has been transferred to GatorJOBS. Login using your existing
user name / e-mail and password.
The Career Center has been hard at work customizing the
new platform to best support the needs of our students
and employers. Please note that some new features mentioned
above will be phased in
throughout the summer months during the transition.

downtime during this early stage of
the changeover from MonsterTRAK to GatorJOBS. If you
