Use this form to request use of University controlled lecture rooms for one time events. Faculty should continue to process their requests through their department/college office coordinator. Student groups must get approval from the Office of Student Programs and Leadership Development.

This form should NOT be used for requesting room changes for regularly scheduled classes.
